Non-Hormonal Oestrus Inducer

Through Hitali is nonhormonal, the induction of oestrus is better than synthetic hormonal preparations. Hitali regulates oestrus cycle and conception rate is better. Hitali is free from side effects. Before using Hitali, please check for persistent corpous luteum, multi cycstic ovary,endometrium condition and mineral deficiency. Hitali is also recommended to expel placenta and if placenta does not come  out within 6-8 hours repetition of Hitali is advisable.Hitali contains following ingredients.

 

 

Dosage : a)Cap. 2.5 g – Single dose of 2 Caps.

Presentation : A carton of 2 Cap. of 2.5 g each

 

CLINICAL/CONTROLLED TRIALS

Studies of serum FSH, LH, Progesrerone & Estraoil profile of anoesrus red Kandhari & cross breed cows treated with herbal oestrus  inducer

“Hitali” : Study indicated that oestrus was induced in 66.66%  in Red Kandhari & cross breed cows. All the oestruses induced were ovulatory.

Estimation of hormones by R.I.A. technique completed at Radio Isotope Laboratory, Bombay Veterinary College,Bombay are as follows:

1)FSH : Cows belonging to all experimental groups showed “Significant increase: in serum FSH level following treatment (87.51 to 131.54 ng/ml) as compared to before treatment (82.61 to 122.51 ng/ml)

2)LH : Cows belonging to all experimental groups showed “Significant increase” in serum LH levels  (0.03 to 4.29 ng/ml) following treatment as compared to before treatment (0.93 to 4.10ng/ml)

3)Progesterone : Cows belonging to all experimental groups showed little decrease in serum progesterone level following treatment (0.09 to 0.65 ng/ml) as compared to before treatment (0.21 to 0.87ng/ml)

4)Estradiol : Cows belonging to all experimental groups showed “Significant increase” in serum estradiol level following treatment (4.49 to 12.58 pg/ml) as compared to (1.21 to 3.76 pg/ml) before treatment.
