Usage Recommendations:

For optimal udder health, all animals should be routinely treated with Titali-M at the time of drying off. It is recommended to initiate treatment immediately at the first signs of mastitis to prevent progression. Additionally, prophylactic treatment of other animals in the herd with Titali-M can help reduce the risk of mastitis outbreaks.

Clinical/Controlled Trials:

1. Efficacy of Herbal Preparation on Subclinical Mastitis in Buffaloes:

  • The incidence of subclinical mastitis (SCM) was high, as detected by indirect tests and confirmed by microbiological examination.

  • Titali-M administered orally showed 100% efficacy.

2. Treatment of Subclinical Mastitis with Indigenous Drug 'Titali-M':

  • Animals treated only with Titali-M, without antibiotics.

  • Efficacy in SCM was 85.71% animal-wise and 83.33% on a quarter basis.

  • Improvements observed: Fat increased by 2.92%, Solid-Not-Fat (SNF) increased by 8.08%, and Milk Yield increased by 3.88%.

  • Conclusion: Qualitative and quantitative improvement in milk after treatment.
